Defendant's response was originally due on July 8, 2024. However, Defendant filed an interlocutory appeal. The Eighth Circuit has now dismissed the appeal and Defendant seeks an additional 14 days to respond. The Court believes Defendant has had sufficient time to work on a response to this Court's Order, and Plaintiff's report, based on the amount of time this case has been pending and the notice Defendant has had regarding the problems with the program.
