   Minutes of Proceedings: First Appearance before Magistrate Judge Jeff Armistead by Jack Schiveley held on 9/9/2024. Court finds Defendant is eligible for court-appointed counsel and appoints Attorney Michael Benson to represent Defendant. Defendant advised of rights. Defendant is advised of charges, waive reading of the complaint, and proceeds as named. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.
